WATAUGA, TEXAS – Once again, our community spirit is called upon as we seek your assistance in identifying an individual involved in a unique, albeit misguided, act of affection. During the late hours of January 20, 2024, a would-be suitor decided to profess his undying love for “Bella” by graffitiing the building of an unsuspecting business owner located at 5920 Watauga Rd.
While we can appreciate the creativity behind this romantic gesture, unfortunately, it has cost the business owner both time and money to remove the graffiti.
Suspect Description: The suspect, wearing a mask, stocking hat, dark hoodie, grey sweatpants, and high-top athletic shoes, left behind evidence that may aid his identification. Additionally, the individual was driving a silver Honda hatchback with extensive paint damage. The vehicle was notable for lacking a front license plate and possibly displaying a handicap placard on the rearview mirror.
