The Midlothian Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying an individual involved in a forgery incident at Pinnacle Bank, located at 220 E US Hwy 287.
On January 3, 2024, the person depicted in the attached photos entered the bank and attempted to cash a forged check using a stolen driver’s license as identification. Bank staff became suspicious and contacted the Midlothian Police Department. However, the suspect left the location before officers arrived.
It is believed that the suspect may have been dropped off at the bank or parked away from the premises to avoid detection by parking lot cameras. The driver’s license used in the crime was reported stolen from Wise County.
