Memphis, TN: Counterfeit/Forgery and Theft Incident

Memphis, TN – On January 13, 2024, officers responded to a report of counterfeit/forgery and theft at the 6500 Block of Kirby Center Cove. It was reported that in November of 2023, the individual in the image below deposited a fraudulent check into another individual’s account at the same location.

This is an ongoing investigation, and as of now, no arrest has been made in connection with this incident.
