- Royal Inn – 3102 Seymour Highway
- ParkStone Senior Village – 1727 Rathgeber Road
Description of Suspect: The suspect in both cases is described as tall and thin, wearing blue jeans with an offset reflective emblem on the back left pocket, boots, a dark jacket with a hoodie, a face mask, and gloves. The suspect was also seen carrying a yellow drill.
