Normal, IL – Normal Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a theft and fraud incident. On January 23, 2024, the pictured suspect allegedly pickpocketed the victim’s wallet. Subsequently, the suspect went to a nearby department store and made multiple purchases, including over $1000 worth of gift cards.
