Incident Details: A white male, described as wearing a dark-colored v-neck t-shirt, gray shorts, and white tennis shoes, was reportedly soliciting money from individuals at the gas station. Subsequently, the same individual was observed entering another vehicle and stealing a lunch kit, an iPhone, and an Under Armour hoodie belonging to the victims. The suspect then fled the scene in a red PT Cruiser.
