Incident Details: At approximately 6:30 p.m., the victim was disembarking from the Ride-On Bus at the Claridge Road and Claridge Court bus stop. As she was exiting the bus, a male suspect, who was also disembarking, approached her under the pretense of asking a question. However, the suspect abruptly shoved the victim to the ground, causing her to drop her backpack and personal items. Seizing the opportunity, the suspect grabbed the victim’s backpack and fled with the stolen property.
Description of Suspect: The suspect is a Black male, approximately 15 to 19. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black jacket with fur on the hood, black pants, and white and red sneakers.
