New Orleans, LA – The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) is asking the public for assistance in identifying an unknown individual wanted in connection with the illegal operation of a stolen vehicle. The incident occurred on January 23, 2024, at approximately 12:42 p.m., when the suspect was observed operating a stolen 2014 black Land Rover in a business parking lot in the 1100 block of South Claiborne Avenue.
The stolen Land Rover, bearing Louisiana license plate #562AUN, was taken from the 2700 block of Louisiana Avenue between January 11 and 15, 2024.
Law enforcement has described the suspect as an unknown black male, and they are urging anyone with information regarding the identity of the pictured subject or the whereabouts of the stolen vehicle to come forward.
