The incident occurred when the victim accidentally dropped their wallet on the ground, and an unknown male subsequently picked it up.
The stolen wallet contained $200 in cash, money orders, and personal documents. Surveillance footage captured the suspect during the incident, and law enforcement officials are now turning to the community for assistance in identifying the individual responsible.
