Incident Details: On January 28, 2024, at approximately 7:35 p.m., officers responded to a report of an auto theft at the Midtown Apartments located at 2121 Poplar Avenue. A 2012 Hyundai Accent was reported stolen from the premises. Shortly after the robbery, four males were observed occupying the stolen vehicle. However, the identities of these individuals remain unknown at this time.
Recovery of Vehicle: The stolen vehicle was recovered on January 29, 2024, in the 700 block of Cherokee Street. Despite the recovery, the investigation into the theft remains ongoing.
