Plano, TX – In the early hours of February 15, 2024, an unidentified individual broke into four vehicles parked along the street and in the parking garage in the 1000 block of 11th St. The suspect stole various items from these vehicles, perpetrating acts of theft.
Suspect Description:
The suspect is described as a black male wearing a facemask and a ball cap. He was dressed in a dark hooded jacket over a black, green, white shirt or hoodie, black cargo pants, and black and white shoes.
