Memphis, TN—On Monday, March 18, 2024, at approximately 8:45 a.m., an unknown male suspect entered the Dollar General at 2245 Lamar Avenue. He brandished a handgun and demanded money from the on-duty clerk. The suspect successfully obtained cash from the business and fled the scene on foot.
The suspect is described as a younger Black male wearing a black hoodie, white face mask, and gray pants. Despite efforts, no arrest has been made, and this case remains under active investigation.
