Jacksonville, NC—The Jacksonville Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying a male individual pictured in the attached photographs. He is a person of interest in a fraud investigation that occurred at Handee Hugo, located at 467 Western Blvd in Jacksonville.
The suspect is described as a black male with black hair, approximately 5’6 to 5’9 in height, aged between thirty to forty years old, sporting a black goatee. At the time of the incident, he was seen wearing a red sweatshirt, black jeans, and black tennis shoes.
