Rockville, Montgomery County, MD—Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police—2nd District Investigative Section are investigating a shooting that occurred on Friday, March 8, 2024, in the 900 block of Persei Place in Rockville. Surveillance footage of the suspects involved in the incident has been released, and the public’s assistance is sought in identifying them.
The shooting incident unfolded around 12:30 a.m., prompting a response from 2nd District officers who discovered shell casings at the scene. Additionally, two businesses in the vicinity were found to have been struck by gunfire.
Upon reviewing surveillance footage from cameras in the area, detectives were able to compile descriptions of six suspects believed to be involved in the shooting. The suspects are described as follows:

- Description: Black male in his twenties or thirties, with short black hair and a beard, wearing a tan jacket, a white shirt, light blue jeans, and white/blue shoes.
- Fourth Suspect:
- Description: Black male in his twenties or thirties, with black short locs, wearing a black beanie with white stripes, a black hooded sweatshirt with pink/gray writing on the front and back, light blue jeans, and white shoes.
- Fifth Suspect:
- Description: A black male in his twenties or thirties is wearing a black beanie with a white spider web design, a tan hooded sweatshirt, and dark pants.
- Sixth Suspect:
